I have been wanting to write this for a long time...please know, I'm not fighting you, I'm fighting FOR you...for your rights...get your organic cuppa tea in your lead-free mug...and sit somewhere comfortable...
Let's get one thing straight - I'm not a follower...I'm not a moron - I graduated with a 3.5 GPA, double major science ed and Bible - all in 3 years...while maintaining a job and involved with my church...you may think I'm misinformed, but I'm not a crowd pleaser and not an idiot...
I'm worried at the state of our Nation...people are vehement...Trump is involved in multiple scandals, the country is split literally down the middle over issues like abortion, immigrants, marijuana, vaccines, and guns...And people fall all over that map of topics, passionately, and the media only stokes these fires...
I have pretty strong opinions on all those topics as well...but hugely on the topic of vaccines (and guns, by much of the same argument, but I won't go there on this post)...
***I'm a mom...I love my kids - I'm sure if you're a parent, you love your kids also. No one is questioning that we love our kids...please agree on that. Also, no parent WANTS to see their child suffer...so let's all be civil and respect this first and foremost.***
But let's get something straight...I love my children and I love my friends' children...but I love mine more...I know this comes as a total shock that I love my kids more than your's. I will do anything I need to to protect them and keep them healthy...I do not expect YOU to keep them healthy, I don't expect the community at large to keep them healthy...honestly, I worked in the court system in my county...and if those people are out and about, I certainly am not trusting them, and the likes of them, to keep my children healthy...
And for the record, I'm not half bad at this healthy kid thing...my kids have never had a sick visit, never had an ear infection, never had a single dose of antibiotics, steroids, Tylenol/Motrin, etc....they are literally pharmaceutical free and incredibly healthy. We have well visits - they are examined by trained medical professionals and declared extremely healthy each and every time. They get sick maybe once or twice a year, for a day or two, with a fever or cough...that's it. Maybe I got lucky? Maybe my crazy hippie-dippie methods that I use to keep them healthy, actually work...
Right now, there's several states trying to mandate vaccines for all public schoolers and remove exemptions that are in place, Minnesota is trying for the strictest measures of all the states, and require vaccines for homeschoolers as well. The argument they are using? "Herd Immunity"...this isn't a thing ya'll...the "herd" is ever changing, not always breastfeeding, using antibiotics, and vaccines wear off...and we don't know when they do...and 10% of the population never actually develops antibodies to vaccines...they never actually become immune, no matter how many vaccines they get...then there's other vaccines that have extremely low efficacy - like the flu shot or the PCV-13...so even if 100% of the people were up to date on vaccines, there would still be outbreaks....because "herd immunity" via vaccines, isn't achievable. Also, according to the census, 70% of the population is over 21...meaning they weren't subjected to the vaccine schedule we have today...likely, that entire population has never been vaccinated for most of the diseases we do today, and if they were, it was with vaccines we no longer use. You can read my comparison on my schedule from 1986 to 2016. So to math this out with you - 70% of the population isn't as vaccinated as our 2019 infants, 10% will never develop immunity anyways, and vaccines wear off at any given moment, or never work great anyways, so therefore, herd immunity isn't achieved now, and won't be, even with 100% compliance.
If you are so worried about my kid, being both unprotected from the 16 diseases and silently carrying these "deadly" diseases they aren't protected from, why aren't you just as worried about people with actual diseases? Like, why are children and adults with AIDS allowed to live normal lives and not reveal their medical condition? Or why people with strep aren't immediately quarantined until they show no more symptoms of disease? How about that my county had 12 cases of LEPROSY....yes, like the Bible, leprosy in 2018...my COUNTY. We're freaking out about 70 cases of measles while LEPROSY is still at large...These people are huge risks to the public...yet, there aren't articles in the paper about strep outbreaks...or leprosy outbreaks...or X persons with AIDS are walking around and the threat they are to all of us...no, my healthy kids, their healthy friends...they are the risks somehow...
So what ultimately brought all of this on...I was at a seminar today(3/2)...Del Bigtree - famous (or infamous) producer of Vaxxed was the keynote speaker...It was one of the most informative and passionate speeches I've ever heard in my life...I highly suggest you listen to, or watch, it here. Dr. Ben Rall opened with another great speech you can watch here. He spoke about how the hep b vaccine was only tested for 4 or 5 before it was recommended to your newborn infant...4 or 5 DAYS?! This is not extensive testing...and it wasn't even tested against a placebo...This vaccine alone has .25 mg of aluminum...into a baby. How is this the "science" that I'm supposed to trust?! I could go on for days about the dangers of aluminum, but I'll save that for another blog post...no...nevermind...I'll just post a few of them right here...

But sure...I should believe the "science"...in fact, I do believe the science, and that's why I don't vaccinate...
And then Del talked about how the aborted human fetal cell lines, that some vaccine viruses are grown in, actually taint the vaccines...there's actual aborted dna in certain vaccines...okay, so that's creepy to inject that into your kid...but it gets worse...that DNA is very bio-available..and it seems our kids' cells uptake that DNA in a process called insertional mutagenesis...essentially, those little bits of DNA insert themselves somewhere in our kid's DNA. It wouldn't be that big of a deal, except it isn't just cells dying off that are now new DNA sequences...it's your child's stem cells...that's like adding Melissa and Doug wood blocks to your cinder block foundation...some of them may not be bad for your house, some of them might, but you don't get to pick where they go and how bad it gets or how many get put in or how much damage is done to your foundation, in our case, your genetic foundation...The MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis A vaccines contain these ingredients, as well as several combination vaccines. Vaccine ingredients can be found here - watch for human albumin, WI-38, and MRC-5. (A perspective on these ingredients from a Catholic MD.) But keep in mind...Italy has found that at least two vaccines that do not contain any antigens at all or not all of them, and loads of extra ingredients not declared on the label... here's one on the hexavalent vaccine (which just got licensed here in the US) and Gardasil - 9, which should be called "Gardasil 7 Plus 300 Contaminants"...
Once again, I'm trusting science here...and choosing not to give my children these vaccines that will alter their DNA permanently and may or may not contain the actual antigens - the "benefit" part, of the vaccine...I could go on and on about the science and how it is very misleading...doctors saying one thing, science saying another...
I hope I've triggered you enough to think through these issues... Mainly, I want you to have the choice of what YOU want to chose... You may want to treat teething with homeopathy...or the flu with herbalism...or nerve damage with acupuncture...or respiratory issues with chiropractic...you can find a wide variety of modalities for both prevention and treatments of conditions and diseases...and I want YOU to have YOUR CHOICE. And quite frankly, I'm not okay with you wanting to take away MY choices for my family...
Major movements throughout history have always been made when you take away someone's rights to worship how they want to and protect their families as they see fit...
Do you want a bunch of warrior mama's (and daddy's) rising up? Causing a big stink? Cause we will...ohhhh...we will. I'm the granddaughter(^34) of Rollo the Viking conqueror...I do not just sit back and let people steam roll me, especially when I have factual, concrete evidence on my side...you do you. I will not subject my children to treatments I do not agree with and have family that have suffered greatly at the hands of...remember, medical "science" is the 3rd leading cause of death in America - third only to heart disease and cancer. We spend the most money on health care, and rank FAR lower than pretty much all developed countries, and I used the word "developed" loosely. Countries like Columbia and Saudi Arabia rank significantly better than we do, according to the WHO...who ranks us as 37th in the world!
You want me to trust the system? Trust the doctors? In one of the worst medical systems in the world, when doctors/pharmaceuticals are the 3rd leading cause of death? Get outta here with that garbage!
You and I deserve a choice on vaccines, on medications for our families, and most importantly, informed consent. The Nuremberg Code was created after WW2, because of the unethical experiments being done on the Jews in concentration camps. It lays out CLEARLY, that everyone deserves informed consent. Would you jump at the idea for a vaccine that wears off by the time they are a teenager, may not work at all, was only tested for 4 or 5 days, and needs to be injected into your newborn? Would you? Does this scream evidence based care? How about that NO vaccine on the market has been tested for carcinogenic, mutagenic, or impairment of fertility potential? That sounds like evidence based care to me! 3 huge, life altering issues they never bothered to test for. If you were told this, that they weren't thoroughly and rigorously tested as you were led to believe, would you have been so eager for each shot? Do you think your risk for disease is SO high, that the antibodies you *might* get from these vaccines for only 16 diseases are worth the risks from them? Maybe you want to decline HPV, chicken pox, or flu shots...or spread them out and do a delayed schedule...maybe your child had a reaction to one and you simply want to wait till they're older to try again and your doctor disagrees...all of those options will be out the window. Additional vaccines, as they become available, will be forced on you also, regardless of risk factors for the actual diseases...
Remember that an MD doesn't make you omniscient or benevolent...doctors and pharmaceutical companies have been sued since the beginning of it all for fraud, misleading claims, falsifying data, intentionally misdiagnosing people, abusing trust...It isn't like pharmaceutical companies have been great up till now, and doctors flawless...it's just that now, we're sick of it. Literally. And rights to make our own choices are being removed. A bunch of doctors, the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons, actually wrote a great little letter about this topic of mandatory vaccine policies, that you should read.

This whole mess of mandatory vaccines is totalitarian, draconian, and plain wrong...
Just because you don't see the threat of government interference where it should not be, doesn't mean it doesn't exist...just because you may agree with the threat this time, doesn't make it right...
If you are saying 'no judgement' or 'love you guys anyways' about this issue - know that we are ALL trying our hardest to make the best and most informed decisions for our families....doctors can help guide us, but we ultimately bear that burden...please do not push to remove those choices from us...that is absolutely judging, that is not loving, and it is arrogant...
I'll fight for your rights to choose to accept or refuse, consent or not consent...please respect my choices in the same way I'm fighting for your's...
